Delicious Dining Experience

The food here was amazing and probably one of the best collections of food I’ve had in comparison to other resorts. The service at the Los Olivos restaurant was perfect, with Rigoberto Perez attending to us very well. A significant highlight was the evening at the steakhouse where the steak was cooked to perfection, and my palate was delighted! My family and I can't wait to return for more exquisite meals.

Amazing Activities

There are far more activities than I expected at the resort. The pools were fantastic, especially the adults-only section where I enjoyed swimming among tropical fish. The attention given to maintaining the grounds really enhanced the overall experience. I loved spending time by the tranquil lagoon, soaking up the sun and swimming in a serene environment!

Perfect for Families

For a nice family vacation, the resort is a top choice! The proximity to Xcaret Park made it easy for us to explore, especially with the Unlimited package allowing return visits throughout the day. My kids absolutely loved the wildlife roaming the grounds and were thrilled to see monkeys and iguanas. Safe, fun, and educational! I highly recommend it for families!

Comfortable and Clean Rooms

The rooms were generally clean and well-maintained, giving us a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated how spacious our suite was in the Royal section, allowing us to relax and unwind after our adventures. Each day, housekeeping made sure everything was tidy and stocked. I felt like my family and I had a true retreat during our stay!

The hotel has some ups and downs. While my room was surprisingly clean and the surrounding landscapes were beautiful, I was disappointed with the lack of an elevator access, especially since I was on the third floor when I arrived late. The service was excellent overall, though I had a bad experience with one salesperson. The location is decent if you want to explore nearby attractions, but getting around can be a bit tricky. Dining could use improvement, as the food options tend to lack variety and quality.

I had mixed feelings about this resort. While it was clean and the beach was lovely, I was disappointed to find that five out of the eleven restaurants were closed during my stay. The rooms were very basic and didn't quite meet my expectations for a resort priced at this level, especially considering we were in Mexico. Overall, I felt that the experience didn't match the cost.

I had a decent time at the resort, especially enjoying the lush landscapes around. The staff members were helpful and accommodating, especially Ariel Gonzales and Alfonso. Plus, the dining options were limited due to many restaurants being closed.
